Why hasn’t G5 do anything with Candace and Flurry Heart yet?

I guess because

1.They dont have the money in the budget to get a voice actress for both of them and create new CGI models for them 

2.Discovery Family has pretty tight grips on their rights because both of their names are G4 creations

3.They never unfortunately were a big part of the G4 story like Luna,Celestia and of course Twilight 

4.They can’t afford both at the same time

5.No good reason why Opaline would know them like she did with Luna and Celestia 

Or is there more reasons to this?

I think Secrets of Starlight may have something to do with it based of some of the artwork for it but I'm not sure.

Which seems to feature crystal horses. It’s possible they’ll be mentioned at least
