If on a computer, there should be a green icon to enter the url which the pic is located. Sometimes, you must enter a specific image in a new tab by right clicking on it and selecting Open Image In New Tab, then copy+paste the url. Or, saving the pic and choose Upload Files next to Post Reply and choosing the file located on your device, attach/add to post.
