I don't see why clothes need to be integrated into their society like it is in ours, honestly. They're ponies. To them, there is no real 'naked'. There is just not wearing clothes for occasions or for casual dress, or doing so. They use clothes for specific occasions, or for fun, not for a mandatory sense of decency, like we do. I prefer them without clothes, because it just makes sense for them, and you can appreciate the variety in their colors, manes, etc etc, and makes each pony all the more unique. If every one of them started wearing clothes it'd be unappealing for me.

They actually look a lot more saucy when you add clothes onto them. Like, Twilight in a dress. Twilight in spandex. Twilight in socks.
