Fairly Odd Parents might have hit it's stride later in it's life, but just about all of it was incredibly solid. And I'm not just saying that because of Tara Strong.

 

I'll also throw in a an obligatory: Avatar: The Last Airbender.

The classic Sonic Saturday Morning show was great. I also loved Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. I named my first dog after one of the characters of that show.

 

I agree that Foster's was an amazing show. Same with Courage.
