  1. you and me both. Seriously, the fandom interpretation of the background characters ANNOYS me, and i like the show because it's cute and innocent, not because there's fanservice...
  2. Let's see... - I'm a clopper and enjoy R34. - I don't like brony music - I don't like fanfiction nor clopfiction - I love shipping now, specially PinkieShy - Generally, i'm not into the fandom that much anymore.
  3. Same as the OP: Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy. Trust me, being shy is a curse. Seriously. Being able to read a lot is much better.
  4. I guess it's my tendence to hate any sexual MLP joke (yes, i like R34 but i don't like sexual jokes nor sexual captions), but i can't stand Molestia... I never found sexual jokes hilarious, most likely never will.
  5. Pretty closed, actually. Yeah, that happens when you live around extremely narrow minded and conservative people who value "manliness".
  6. To be honest, the only Dash ships that i like are PinkieDash and Flutterdash (and SoarinDash for het). Other than that, i don't like any Dash ship.
  7. I love shipping (i used to hate it, i admit, but it grew on me). My OTPs are Flutterpie and Flutterdash. However, i don't like the most "mainstream" ships (Lyrabon, Appledash, Octascratch). I like them in rule 34, but in regular shipping, i don't.
  8. I've been told it's the most complicated and pretentious album ever. I'll be honest.. Some parts are TOO bizarre, pretentious, experimental and cold, even for a huge proghead such as me. But it's also filled with beautiful melodies. And it's got a lot.
  9. Someone who understands me. I don't need to label myself. I like MLP, but i don't feel like i have to call myself a "brony". I enjoy rule 34, but i don't feel like i have to call myself a "clopper". I like metal, but i don't like to call myself a "metalhead". I don't see why you have to label yourself, really.
  10. I'd say my favorite decades are the 60s and 70s. The golden era for hard rock and progressive rock. Bands such as Yes, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Who, Genesis, etc. There were good 80s and 90s bands, and there are good bands today, but the 60s and 70s were the best decades for music IMO.
  11. Ok, these are four songs, but still. Let's just say the entire third side of that album. It's one of the most depressive things i've ever listened to.
  12. I like ships such as Flutterpie, Soarindash, Flutterdash, etc. However, i'm not an active shipper and i don't really take it seriously (and i don't like fanfics anyways). And i dislike some of the most "mainstream" ships, such as OctaScratch, AppleDash and LyraBon...
  13. Quadrophenia (1973) The Who "5:15", "Love, Reign O'er Me" Rock, Opera Rock, Hard Rock One of my personal favorite albums of all time. The album is about a mod guy named Jimmy. Jimmy has four different personalities based on the personalities of the Who members: A tough guy, a helpless dancer. ("Helpless Dancer" – Roger Daltrey) A romantic, is it me for a moment? ("Is It Me?" – John Entwistle) A bloody lunatic, I'll even carry your bags. ("Bell Boy" – Keith Moon) A beggar, a hypocrite, love reign o'er me. ("Love Reign O'er Me" – Pete Townshend) Musically, it's one of my favorite albums ever. I think the instrumentals "Quadrophenia" and "The Rock" are the best Who songs you'll ever listen to. 5:15 is a catchy yet powerful song, Love, Reign O'er Me is a beautiful ballad. Just, listen to it, you'll never regret it
  14. Masterpiece, right here. Pretty underrated band. I can't believe i've never heard of it before. And most of their songs are 10+ minutes long, so it's definitely for me.
  15. I can relate. I, for one, dislike a ton of stuff about the fanbase, such as the borg mindset i've seen on some fans, the foalcon, the huge ammounts of drama, the misusing of "love and tolerance", and the fact that some believe that tolerance = acceptance. It's not. I actually tolerate that stuff, but i don't accept it. I'll quote Mr. Garrison: "Tolerant but not stupid! Look, just because you have to tolerate something doesn’t mean you have to approve of it. If you had to like it it’d be called the Museum of Acceptance. Tolerate means you’re just putting up with it. You tolerate a crying child sitting next to you on the airplane or you tolerate a bad cold. It can still piss you off. Jesus tapdancing Christ!" As for the Derpy drama, i don't really agree about her being "offensive" but some took it too far indeed. And My Little Dashie, i liked it, i was sad, but i didn't cry.
  16. > progressive. Yes, this is my jam. Bands such as Yes, Camel, Pink Floyd, Supertramp, etc. are legendary, and their best songs are definitely the 20+ minute long songs. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9JEPeeohYs And some Floyd: http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrabnP8lDek btw Maiden? Prog metal?. Surely, they're awesome but they're not prog
  17. i try to hide the fact that i like this show from the public. I don't like brony music at all, and i don't have any brony shirt. So, yes, i am. This town isn't the best place to be a brony.
  18. Fluttershy (or Pinkie) kissing me... I'd wonder why she'd kiss me. Then faint. And hopefully she'll wake me up with a warm, soft hug :3 (in the case of Fluttershy, if Pinkie kisses me i wouldn't be surprised at all). Of course, i'd kiss and hug her back. If i were a pony (or they were human), then... uh you know, clopfic stuff.
  19. 1) Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie (and the shipping <3) 2) Derpy (because she's cute as f**k) 3) Sweetie Belle 4) Apple Bloom 5) Scootaloo 6) Twilight and Applejack
  20. It must be brony music? I'm not a huge follower of brony music, so eh. Whatever, i'd play Supper's Ready by Genesis. I think that song would represent the Discord defeat very well... And it lasts 22 minutes, so...
  21. Let's see... - Too obsessive fans - Borg/hivemind fans - Extreme cloppers (hey, i like the R34 too but not THAT much). Like, the ones who are totally open about it, even in public, and don't expect any negative/weird reaction. - Pedophiles (could be part of the extreme cloppers) - Hypocrites (and sadly, i've seen a lot...) - The fact that some people believe that tolerance and acceptance it's the same thing. It's not. - Incest pairings Also, i can't be the only one tired of the sex jokes. IMO these stopped being funny ages ago, are unoriginal, immature and predictable. "OH LOLOLO FLUTTERSHY IX RAPED BY LUNAH TROLOLO I'M ORIGINAL AND FUNNY XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD"
