But episode 1 couldn't possibly have happened after the CMC met since we know that Twilight was already in Ponyville when the CMC met and episode 1 is the episode when she arrive in Ponyville. That means that there is only one possibility: ... Cutie Mark Crusaders Time Travellers!!! Either that or it was just a coincidence. Or it was destiny. Or it was just a mess-up by the animators. Or it was intentional foreshadowing by the creators. Or.. oh I don't know! edit: it's pretty cool though.
