When do you think you will get tired of MLP FiM?

Probably if FiM ever dies, then maybe after re-watching them many times and once the fandom dies down, only then would I really be tired of it. It's had such a big impact on my (and many others') life that I find it hard to see it quickly fading away into oblivion. I have no idea when that will happen, but it will probably only be many years down the line, at the least.

I don't think I'll ever stop liking the show.. unless the fandom community absolutely ruins it for me...

That won't happen though... will it?

oh it probably will

I will never lose interest in Friendship is Magic, because they already have quality episodes that I can always watch again if I want. If the show takes a turn for the worse, than I will just stick with the episode I enjoy. And I will be a member of these forums until the day they blow up, or I die!

Tired? I think never.

During the break between S1 and S2, the amount of fan produced things rose exponentially.

When the show ends, the same thing will happen until we've done every possible thing.

  • 1 year later...

I will never get tired of the show. The lessons it has taught me are invaluable and the memories it has given me, I will never forget. This is the one thing I will never let go of. Once the show is over, it's moved on or it gets plain terrible, I will remember the day I first saw Sonic Rainboom. The first episode I ever watched. I will also remember the day I first watched the pilot episodes, with Luna and Celestia's reunion, as well as the ascension of Twilight Sparkle. This show means everything to me. This show will always hold a special place in my heart, and if/when that place is empty, my heart will have a hole the size of Texas in it.

As long as they keep the steady flow of awesomeness that they have brought forth with this show I will always like this show for years and the memories of this place. I always have good memories of old classic cartoon shows that are no longer running anymore.

If they ever derailed this show and did manage to really screw it up I would remember the great episodes that made this show great to begin with.

In other words....

Probably about the time that it stops airing.

Oh wait, there's still the community.

ok, it'll be just a few years later then, about the time that I'm dead.

Give or take a couple months.

I wont :P
I love animation and often re-watch old shows all the time. The same goes with anything that I love, including the original Halo, which came out over a decade ago and I still could replay that game over and over. Plus the community ain't going away so I always have something to be here for ^_^

I personally don't think I will get tired of it for a long time. It will take something drastic like the show's quality taking a nose dive before it becomes a problem. I'll still be part of the fandom for a long time though.

Probably next to never, with new bronies, new pony art, pony inspired music, fan videos and the main TV show itself I may never tire, I am still a fan of MST3K, Pokemon and Avatar the Last Airbender, I did wonder if I would ever loss interest in those cultures, but I never did and apparently neither did other fans, MST3K is now Rifftrax, Pokemon is now larger than it was in the nineties, and the Avatar has never lost any of its appeal, so I am incline to believe that My Little Pony will stay with me even as some fans fall out. If other fans stick around I will remain a brony, such a sentiment is shared with most of us, for the fandom has yet to reach its apex and has passed its barriers, because there are new fans and conventions, a brony I am and a brony I remain.

I might not watch it anymore *who knows maybe I will and maybe my children (if I have any) could be involved.*

But if I don't. I will for sure always have a respect for the show and its fans/fandom

In the future It would be nice to see more work of the fandom and works of the show.

In life when you are given gratitude.

Be accepting and thankful of it.

Because someday you just may be able to pass it on to others...

Given adequate time and distance, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to fall out of love with something.

So, being realistic, I'd say about 1-6 months after the last episode airs. Maybe longer if the community still thrives after that, though I have my doubts it'll hold together very long without the promise of new content on the horizon.
