Invader Zim or Powerpuff Girls. Both quality cartoons, and are rarely (or possibly not even) showed anymore. Kids nowadays need to see this stuff! It's better than the garbage they are spoonfed now!

As for Teen Titans Go!, I'm pretty sure that's just a bunch of animated shorts to go with Cartoon Network's CD Nation. Lauren Faust has her own series of DC shorts on there was well. Her Batgirl very much reminds me of Pinkie Pie xD
