I didn't like it.

I'm just not a big fan of the way it plays.

I'm not saying it's bad, but it's not for me.

 

Though it reminds me of the one time I played Tribes on PS2.

Back when you could use dial up, not to mention on Dial up you could even have a guest play with you via splitscreen online.

 

Which when you think about it is pretty sad, considering so many games today say they can't do that.

One thing against it... I dislike "pay 2 win" games a fair bit and this game isn't much of an exception.

 

I play frequently though and would not mind playing with someone.

this game isn't really pay2win though. a skilled player with a spinfusor can be more deadly than an inf with the "op" weapons. although I do hate the plasma guns.

 

edit: rather than double posting, I'll put this here as well. I've been messing with Sony Vegas and FRAPS. the quality is terrible but it's the first one of these I've done. have a vid.

So... They are going to add "Twinfusors" for the base classes. Sounds pretty cool! And +20% self-knockback on all explosive weapons. I was already able to reach some decent speeds with the juggernaut, but soon I'll be skiing faster than Rainbow Dash! But yeah, it's still possible for some of those things to change before the patch gets released.. and I'm not home at the moment so I wont get to play this for a few weeks... *sigh*

Well, I have played this game with Zoops and I am decidedly awful at it. I mean, I only got like 2-3 kills every match and died a whole lot. I need to get used to the high speeds and aiming ahead.

Also, i just remembered the first match i ever played, a time where i was on a shit laptop and when i wondered why the hell the Spinfusor was even in a game with so much flying, and eventually just used the shotgun.

 

But that all changed, when the Fire Nation attacked i got a new computer.

Also, with Close Combat's backstab ability changed to the first unlock, backstab multiplier to x2 damage, and Stealthy's highest upgrade gives 90% sensor evasion range, it's also the Infiltrator-go-happy update.

 

Still haven't got those new parts for the computer.
