You will need a paypal account.

If you don't have a credit card, I think that you can make one using your debit card, but it takes longer.

 

Then you click on "Donate" on the bottom of the page and you choose the amount of money you want to donate.

You will then get the "Donor" title and the advantages that go with it for a certain period of time, accordingly to the amount of money you donated.

As has been mentioned, you can donate via the 'Donate' link at the bottom of each page, or by going to the Subscripion Management page. Note that depending on the circumstances, Feld0 may have to manually activate your subscription; as such do not be alarmed if your Donor tag does not immediately appear; he'll get to it when he is next able to.
