I like to buy two toys each year for Toys for Tots---one for a boy and one for a girl.  I went to Toys R Us this evening and made my purchases today.

 

My choice for the girl-toy was originally going to be a squeeze-and-they-light-up MLP unicorn plushy---there were two on the shelf at Toys R Us:  one of Rarity and one of Trixie.  Unfortunately, either the box (in the case of Trixie) or the plushy itself (in the case of Rarity) looked too beaten-up to be presentable, so I ended up buying a Rainbow Power plushy of Fluttershy, instead.

After months of searching I found the 17cm Dash from Famosa I needed to complete my collection of the main 6.

This is a range that Famosa no longer makes according to their website so I was so happy to find one in my local Games shop.

 

So here she is. Rainbow Dash in all 17cm of her glory with the rest of the family giving her a big welcome

I love Princess Luna so my collection is almost exclusively Princess Luna. I try to get only TV show accurate items. Most Luna items I see like like all the other ponies and are various shades of purple. So when I see an item that looks like Princess Luna it have to get it. I saw mystery boxes on sale at Walgreens so I got too boxes. Last time I ended up with a Discord, Maud and Cadance. I figure that Luna is big so I went for the heaviest boxes. Luck finally paid off!!! I was so happy to finally get a message Princess Luna! She looks like a small yet identical version of the large Funko Princess Luna.

Those are so cute. I got the large set of all 6 that came in one box. it was $60 when i got it, but then like 2 weeks later the price dropped to $55 then jumped back up to $60 after black friday
