I know it's supposed to be atmospheric and repetitive, but that damn shaker sound gets annoying quickly. The long wait for the song to progress is worth it, however.

 8/10 loved it - I haven't even played Undertale and that was emotional.   I was kind of reluctant to play it at first, because I usually don't enjoy those kind of games, but I might give it a go now.

The high pitches are a bit annoying. In the video's description I see that it was changed for the international (outside of Japan) release because of this.
