What is your favourite video game and what game are you looking forward to?

My all time favourite video game is Grand Theft Auto IV. The thought of just roaming around a huge city doing whatever the hell you want is awesome enough but to experience it??? Just breathtaking. I can't wait for 3 upcoming games. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (WoC was the best Transformers game ever made), Sleeping Dogs (Looks like a combo of Just Cause 2 and GTA which is a really good thing!) and The Last of Us (I'm a huge Naughty Dog fan and this game looks gorgous.)

The next game I am waiting for would probably be Gears of War: Judgment. Oh, and Borderlands 2! That ish is gonna be freaking sweet! :D

One of my favorites games ever was Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan war. Battlefield 2 scores pretty high too, so does GTA:SA.

One of the games I'm looking forward to is Borderlands 2 and (not a game, but hey) the upcoming Armored Kill DLC for Battlefield 3.

Favorite game of all time? Hard to say although I did love Monster Hunter Tri for the Wii...

Games I'm looking forward too is pretty hard as well considering there aren't really any good games coming out... The only one I can think of is Darkfall 2

I love Batman Arkham city, it's a fantastic game with the best combat system I've ever played in a game.

I am looking forward to Aliens: Colonial Marines and Halo 4

Jeez, my favorite game of all time? Hmm... that is quite tough. I'd say probably Super Mario World since it has so much replay value.

And a game I'm looking forward to... um... nothing that I can think of really. Nothing interesting is coming out soon enough. I guess that LEGO City Undercover game looks fun.

It's ironic how I fall just to get back up again...

Favorite game would have to be Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Don't kill me). I like it's campaign a lot and it's the CoD I have the most fun in multiplayer with, even though it has some VERY bad problems http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png *cough*Noobtubes, Commando lungers, deathstreaks, Last Stand*cough*.

The game I am most looking foward to is Black Ops II (Again, do not kill me). Black Ops is mah least favorite CoD, mostly due to shitty hit-detection, but I just hope it improves itself some in Black Ops II. Treyarch usually did listen to the community better than IW (Although IW has been releasing a lot of patches and hotfixes on MW3, mostly to balance some things out). Other than that though, it is Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs. I love the first Amnesia, and I really want to see how this one plays out :)

I love Simcity 4, and am looking real forward to the new Simcity coming next year, but I might skip it, due to making it look more like the Sims, which I don't like.

Favorite video game?

Probably either Empire: Total War or Fallout: New Vegas.

I'm really looking forward to Rome II (Total War) or Fallout 4, if they're planning one.

Kirby games are amazing, he is a beast in Super Smash Bros/M/B, and I love the little puffball with all my heart, but ive played and loved Gears since number one. I can't turn my back on it like that.

Is it bad if I actually sang this out loud and giggled really hard? Edited by Kirby

My favorite game of all time? Whew, let me see...

I'm a huge Nintendo fanboy, so most of their franchises are part of my childhood, like Resident Evil, Pokémon, Super Smash Bros. and Zelda... I really can't decide! D:

I remember playing Goof Troop on the SNES with my sister back then. It was just so much fun~ Small game, kind of a Zelda rip-off, but an amazing 2-player experience. Really cool game.

Recently, I've been a lot into Team Fortress 2 and Binding of Isaac as well.

Now, for games that I'm looking forward to try... Maybe the new Super Smash Bros. for the WiiU and Resident Evil 6. These are the only ones I have in mind at the moment.

Favorite Videogame you ask? Halo: Combat Evolved. (and no, not anniversary ;) )

But the game I'm looking forward to is Fallout 4. Being a big fan of fallout, it's actually intimidating, knowing that the next release is going to be big. Man, I've been waiting for Fallout 4 ever since the announcement.

I think for me starfox 64 (Lylat wars) is probably my all time fav game.

I have played a lot of wow and continue to play every new patch for a few months to raid and see what the contents out, I've always enjoyed mmos because of the community you get and the people you meet :)

The wow expansion comes out in a month or so so I guess I'm looking forward to that the most :)

It is very difficult to pinpoint a specific video game... I want to lean towards pokemon, but I feel like saying that would be bias since it was my first video game. In that case, I will say Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations. Such a great series overall. I just wish Capcom would give us Ace Attorney Investigations 2 already...

And as for the one im looking forward to in particular, Guild Wars 2, of course! Ive been beta testing it since the first open beta and I can't wait to finally get making my character for real :)

My favorite video game of all time is Mother 3, and let me explain why.

Mother 3 is an absolute beautiful game, in all aspects. The story is absolutely brilliant, and brings me to tears almost every time. There are two very depressing parts in particular, one of which being the ending, and the other being rather close to the end of the game. The story alone makes it a fantastic experience.

That doesn't mean Mother 3 doesn't shine in gameplay. The RPG mechanics work just as well as they did for EarthBound, though there were no major improvements. It doesn't matter though, as the RPG mechanics work great. The way the game lets you play as many different characters, and they way it all comes together in the end is brilliant.

The humor is well paced, and works well with the story of the game. The dialouge is all very entertaining, and the character development is fantastic.

As a bonus, the soundtrack is brilliant.

Now that I'm done acting like a critic, Mother 3 isn't perfect, no game is. It is my favorite soley due to the experiences and feelings I have had about that game, and is my favorite from my experiences and emotions about it alone. It isn't the best game ever, but is my favorite.

:P

Command and Conquer, basically any game in that series. I really can't decide on any specific one from those games, so I won't even try. Right now I'm looking forward to the the re-release of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure for the PlaystationNetwork, favorite fighting game ever.

Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Great characters, good story, setting, and plot. The nostalgia factor pushes it over the top, it's such a good game. I was pretty disappointed with the "sequels" that came out after it. They just didn't have the same charm as the original one did.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and TES IV: Oblivion. Oblivion saved my life, really. When I was 7-8 (I DONT KNOW HOW I ACTUALLY COULD DO THAT) I played it for the first time. I was depressed at that time and Oblivion gave me another life to live in. I could be whoever I wanted to be.

Instead of crying all the afternoon after school, I played Oblivion and disconnected from the world.

Fallout: 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I'm looking foward to Assassin's Creed 3 (Though it's the fith game in the series... whatever AC is badass enough for me to over look the questionable title).

Paper Mario: Sticker Star.

I had no idea about any of those and am now looking forward to ALL of them!! Especially Paper Mario and Pikmin!! I'm so happy you mentioned them!

I would have to say my favorite of all time is Super Mario Kart (the original) just because of how many hours my brother, our friends, and I put into playing it. It's tied into so many great memories from that time.

I also enjoy the Sim City franchise and am looking forward to the new one though I am very worried that they will ruin it by trying to make it multiplayer and such things. I just want my good old fashioned city building simulation please! Also, as much as I enjoy the Sims (and am looking forward to Supernatural and Seasons) I don't want a bunch of crossover stuff. There was already too much of that in Sim City 4.

Otherwise, WoW:MoP, I've been playing since vanilla and while I do get bored with it sometimes I've tried so many other MMOs and none of them get me like WoW. I do understand the next Elder Scrolls will be an MMO though so I may give that a go.
