Matackable 534 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 (edited) I haven't contributed in the ways of topic content on these forums in a little while, so I thought I'd give everyone a little spot to perhaps get their Rainbowdash side on! Of course you don't have to have an inflated ego or be very Brash in order to be proud of something you've accomplished! It's always a great feeling when you finish something, look back on it, and are able to say, "Yeah I did that! And it was awesome!" So what are you ponies proud of? What do you or did you take pride in as a current or already accomplished goal? It can be anything from making a painting, completeing college, having an awesome friend, or even making the biggest most meanest sandwich ever! So go on! What're you all proud of? Shiki 5,855 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 (edited) I am proud to be someone who has never tried, or even considered, taking drugs, drinking alcohol, smoking or anything related to any of these. You know, those kinds of "bad" things. Also, I am proud of the one time where I ranked first place in a song on Osu! (a game) in the world (on the hardest difficulty). But I'm not bragging about that or anything. Edited August 7, 2012 by Chiaki 5 You'll be entranced by me ♥

And the other thing I'm proud of is that today, I finally worked up the courage to talk to a girl without my brain going full retard. Vexx3 1,540 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 (edited) One thing I used to be quite proud of was almost going pro in CoD 4 (PC). I have zero interest in CoD anymore, so right now it would have to be the progress I've made in graphics designing. I honestly think that, if it wasn't for this fandom, I would still suck quite badly (in fact, I KNOW I would). Viscra Maelstrom 3,718 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 i have a number of things i feel proud of. i have a lot of unusual and hard-to-get music on physical copies that i am happy i own on physical media. hell, one of the CDs that are on its way is a handmade edition there was only 1 fricking copy left off in the whole wide world. and it's mine. i've also managed to carry a dizzy bee all the way through my whole school, and let it outside, while having it on a thin piece of paper that were drafting around. it did not get off the paper, and i managed to get it through the whole school with no trouble at all. and i have a phobia for buzzing insects. that was a big moment for me. i'm also proud of my own art. i can see, and most of the time, hear that i am making progress with my mixing and mashing songs together from what i am hearing. i enjoy listening to my old mixes and stuff from time to time. they're not the best ones in the whole world, but i know i have potential to become better. i'm also proud of being able to, with the help of my very first friend i have ever made in the whole wide world, being able to overcome depression and kick-start my life into a whole new direction 2011. i'm also proud of discovering that the person i talked to happened to become the love of my life, eventually. Verde Wub 52 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 I have never considered drugs or alcohol or any of that like others have already said, but that's just because I don't want to destroy my body. I'm proud of being a hard worker despite being a bit of a weakling (which just means I get to work harder!), I am proud of doing what I can at school, and on a less serious note, I'm proud of knowing what I know about Minecraft. Tdroid 234 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 I guess I can say that I am proud of having completed my first novel and that tomorrow I am going to start looking for a publisher. I have created my own fantasy universe for it and I intend to write more than one sequel, having planned for at least a trilogi. That is the one thing I feel I can be proud off. I like to do requests. Please, if there is something you want to see me, an amateur, draw for you, just send me a PM with the details and I'll say yay or nay. Most likely yay. Sky 746 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 Im not proud of anything I have done. OptimisticNeighsayer 471 August 7, 2012 Share August 7, 2012 I'm a pretty modest pony myself, so some of these things will be rather mundane: I'm proud that I'm an Eagle Scout. I'm proud that I finally have a job after a whole year of searching. I'm proud that I had one of the highest GPAs in my high school graduating class. I'm proud that my GPA in college is slowly recovering from a full year of a combination of drudgery, loneliness, and meaninglessness. I'm proud that I find things like philosophy and logic interesting to study. Im not proud of anything I have done. Unfortunately whatever I do there will always be someone better then me and with that thought always in my mind being proud of my accomplishments seems pointless. If it's any consultation to you, Nobel Prize Laureates are usually very intelligent people, but they're not necessarily the most intelligent in the world. There is still a lot one can accomplish, and get acclaim for even if they're not the smartest, most creative, most winning, etc. Hablo español--Je parle français--日本語を話す--我说中文--...and sarcasm (yeah right!) Lightning Flicker 101 August 8, 2012 Share August 8, 2012 I'm most proud of an accomplishment that happened a couple of years ago. I was part of a group called 5 star and we had an 'amazing race' around my city. One of the stops was a place that helps feed hungry children in America. All together we packed over 10,000 boxes of food. I have a habit of not taking pride in my accomplishments when it's just me, but I'm proud to have been part of that. 1 Forget Celestia and her Friendship Reign, come have some real fun with Discord on the Nonsense Train Join the Legion of Anarchy, and take up the flag of Discord here on MLPForums~ > The Legion of Anarchy < OC: http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/lightning-flicker-r1268

Mirad 217 August 8, 2012 Share August 8, 2012 Well, Back in fifth grade, this was like 3 years ago I think, there was a contest to sell cookie dough for charity, and everyone could try out. So, I figured I'd help, I mean it's charity. So, after the month f selling was up, they totaled the amounts, and I had won the Grand prize. Well, the Grand prize was 100$, and I had already sold around 175$ of cookie dough, and I wasn't going to use that 100$ on anything, so I just donated it with the money I got from selling the cookie dough. Not my biggest acomplishment, but it's one I remember . "I swear I didn't know!" -Myself
