Nooo, I can’t stand dark chocolate! I tried cooking chocolate once thinking it had more flavor or something and now dark chocolate is super gross to me

That's a shame. A superior dark chocolate, properly tempered, can make any cake the hero it is meant to be....

I do have some awesome swiss and belgian chocolate on hand.

The british really aren't very good at chocolate, and I think the Americans seem to have mistaken it for cheese, which would explain why Kraft holds so much of the market....
