Unless we have a standard to judge what constitutes skill, more skill, and less skill then there is absolutely no reasonable way to answer this question.

 

They both require work and practice. They both produce art. That's all I have to say.

I believe traditional art is easier to learn but harder to master, while digital art is hard to learn but easy once you get a hang of it. Anyone can make a doodle on a piece of paper, but it actually takes a bit of dedication (Believe it or not) to draw something digitally if you've never tried anything similar before.

I frequently edit my new posts to fix grammatical errors or to reword stuff, so sorry if I make it look like I'm forging my messages to change the meaning of anyone's replies or something.

Well, both are legitimate forms of art and require different skills to properly use, much less master. Both require a creative mind and an ear for critisizim. Art is a concept, and takes many forms. No matter what, it shall be art, if it expresses a desire, thought or idea through a medium.

Well, usually you need to learn quite a bit about the program before you can draw something good with it, but once you know how to, it's pretty easy to make something good looking. And regular drawing, anyone can do it but it requires lots of practice to draw something good.
