I need ideas for a new song

Well, you aren't giving us a lot to work with in the slightest.

You are basically saying,

 

"Hey, make the entire song for me with these instruments, and make it sad."

 

What kind of song are you looking for?

Quick, slow, mystical, terrifying?

 

Because you can be sick and depressing. You can mix genres of everything.

Plus, is this going to be dubstep, rock, jazz, screamo, what?

I think like judging by what you want, I would write a piano part using a minor scale, then make it transition to a major scale near the part that you want to be happier, adding in drums, guitar, and such. Then die back down to a small whisper of the beginning chords...
