I'm sure a ton of bronies would want the same thing...

 

Still, on a slightly more realistic basis, a new villain with a more psycholigical motivation/power/method of controlling the Mane 6. Part of the reason that I wrote my fanfic The Shadowed Nightmare (link in my signature) was because I wanted to put my really cool villain idea into the show, but I knew it would never make it because it was too dark.

 

(The idea being a character that manipulates illusions and nightmares using the ponies' worst fears.)

I'd really like to see Luna and Celestia's backstory. How they became princesses, how they vanquished Discord, Luna's development into Nightmare Moon, the sister's relationship and such. Overall, I think I just want to see what Luna and Celestia's relationship even is. Maybe they still are cold towards each other because of the Nightmare Moon incident?

 

There are a few other characters that should develop backstories more too. I was thinking this huge family reunion episode where the mane 6 just invite their parents to meet each other. Fluttershy's dad would be a Wonderbolt who puts way to much pressure on her and literally scares her and her mother just laughs and talks down to her all the time. Rainbow's dad could be an Earth Pony (gasp!) and she has to deal with her humiliation that her dad doesn't know a thing about flying. Applejack spends the whole episode making up strange lies-and failing hopelessly at doing so-about why her parents couldn't come.

 

Actually, I think it would be better if when somepony else brings up a family reunion as an idea, she outright says her parents have pasted away then walks away.

Well, my dream episode I guess would be one of the mane six having a very special somepony (besides Rarity), and perhaps a Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo episode!

 

I also want to see the CMC get their cutie marks. But I don't think any of the CMC understand one thing about finding their true talents. Their talents are right there, but they don't realize/appreciate it!

But those are some episodes I'd like to see. I also like some of the ideas you guys have.

I couldnt have a dream episode, i would like to see University days animated as a whole season as it would be completely amazing but if i had to have a single dream episode it would be one which had VinyL and Octavia in it, thats all it doesnt matter what happens as long as it focus's on them.

Nah, but seriously, an episode focusing on Derpy, they don't need to say her name, but they do need to have her original voice and the Derp eyes, the people who claim to be offended aren't disabled, they are just haters/overprotective mums/attention-seeking foals.

My dream episode would be if Turnabout Storm was made canon, since I am a fan of Phoenix Wright, and they did a good job with the story. (also, Trixie is best prosecutor pony)

 

Edit: Or an episode where Derpy gets made fun of, and one or more of the mane 6 comes to her aid and teaches a lesson that just because somepony is clumsy, that doesn't make them inferior.
