Well, let's see...

I remember watching Beetleborgs as a child, which nobody else has ever heard of, it seems. :P

Rugrats, Rugrats All Grown Up, Spongebob, those sorts of shows...

Danny Phantom, and I was so sad when it got taken off the air! I loved that show!

The Fairly Oddparents, of course.

Power Rangers, I remember watching that.

Invader Zim was and always will be awesome.

Digimon, but only the first two seasons.

I'm so disappointed that no one has mentioned this gem.

And I know you can't call this a "children's show", but this made up a pretty big chunk of my childhood.

Can adventure time be considered kid's show? Probably not.

Powerpuff girls was awesome, being a little boy, I had mixed feeling about enjoying a show about girls, but now I see it as it truly is, awesome.

I'm very surprised no one has mentioned Avatar: the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra yet.

Teen titans, Invader Zim,

I've found Phineas and Ferb to be an excellent modern kids show.

MOTHER F***ING POCOYO! NARRATED BY STEVEN MOTHER F***ING FRY! IT HAS A DUCK WITH A ROTATING BILL IN A DAPPER HAT!

I'm not even going to get into anime.

Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. Not only was it made by the same person as MLP:FiM, but it's also just... and awesome show. I love the animation, the humor, everything. I also liked to watch Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy, as well as a few others that aired on Cartoon Network, which is currently my favorite channel. I still keep up with Regular Show and Adventure Time.

I love watching the cartoons on Cartoon Network right now like Adventure Time and Regular Show. They seem to be more aimed towards older audiences rather than your typical 9-year-old, and I love them.

And how 'bout this scene?

*Harleysexualinnuendo.mov*

That definitely was not a children's cartoon. Kids loved it, myself included, but it was far too dark. As a grown man I find no less pleasure from it, and I don't get that weird "I can't believe I'm still watching a campy kid's cartoon from when I was little" feeling. I recall from an interview with some of the show's cast that the only thing they couldn't get by the censors was having the Joker (or anyone) kill people. Instead they had the Joker use that gas that turned people pale and gave them the horrendous grin. According to the guy doing the interview, and I agree, that was far worse.

Those two scenes you posted are two out the three most memorable episodes for me. The third was the one with Havok because that thing looked scary to a kid and reminded me of the terminator.

Arthur. A show about a bunch of animal kids going to school dealing with surprisingly realistic problems, while still being fun to watch for both kids and adults. A lot of stuff in the episodes I watched when I was young went over my head, but now I get the jokes intended for parents xP

The Magic School Bus was also an awesome show and I remember all the characters quite fondly. Especially Arnold. Everybody remembers Arnold.

  • 1 month later...

Rugrats, Johnny Bravo, Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans (Even though I was a bit older when TT came out) Jimmy Neutron, and Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends.

That's all I can think of now. I still like to go back and watch a lot of them now a days. <3

Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Loved that show when I was younger, love it even more now. I've recently been rewatching it and I highly recommend it. It's actually my #1 TV show. It ranks above MLP for me.

And other shows? Phineas and Ferb, Gravity Falls, oh, I used to love The Powerpuff Girls and My Life as a Teenage Robot. Oh yeah, and I liked Clifford too. Oh, Rugrats, and I barely remember The Wild Thornberries, but I think I liked that, too.

But while I was young, I was always more into the kiddie shows (Dora, PB & J Otter, Max & Ruby, Rolie Polie Olie, etc.), it was awhile before I got into some more normal kids shows, but Avatar was always an awesome one.

I've been meaning to watch Animaniacs, I've heard a lot of good things about it.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Tom & Jerry, and The Magic School Bus.
