Although Canon wise, I'm sure it's natural. If tattoo's appearing on your butt is natural, the last thing I'd doubt is hair color. 4 But what do I know? She also isn't the only pony with rainbow hair. There was another mare with a multi-colored mane shown in one of the Ponyville herd stampedes.
