Rainbow Dash Also has a Shotgun and Bazooka.

 

Twi Has a Sniper Rifle and a grenade lanucher.

Rainbow dash, hands down. She can fly, has a BAZOOKA, and she's generally better than Twi' at this.

Unless Twi' used her magic, but that would be cheap.
