In Australia (I don't know about anywhere else) we call it Movember (Moe(Mustache)November). However i struggle to grow a decent mustache, or any facial hair for that matter and i'm 20.

I'll probably join in, since I've done this for the past two years. On the down side, the only extremely visible hair grows on my chin and upper lip, so I always end up with a goatee.

I swear I did this totally unintentionally last year, I just wanted to grow a beard and it happened to be November. Ended up having it till February I believe.

Anyway, I'm in, except this time non-obliviously- I will probably end up shaving it though, except maybe a goatee(which I have already started growing 2 days ago).

Can't wait to see how many beards there will be by the end of the month.

 

My facial hair just doesn't grow out right, and I have never had a fully grown beard before. Everytime mine grows, it's just too flimsy and all over the place hence it never comes out "right" in my eyes.

Two days into November and my girlfriend already complained about my stubble scratching her, so I don't think I'll be attempting this. Not only that, I can't stand leaving my goatee untrimmed. I do have OCD after all.

I shaved last on October 26, not shaving for all of November unless 1 of 3 people tell me to:

 

1: My mother

 

2: My boss

 

3: My girlfriend (single as of right now SO FREEDOM)

 

But yeah what sucks is my facial hair gets to a certain length and it just stops... it's rather disapointing

I did this last year, and I admit that it was quite annoying at first. The itchyness does go away after a little less than a week. In the end, I decided to keep y beard since I put so much effort into growing it in the first place! It is also kind of awesome having a beard to stroke while I think / ponder.

Does anybody do this? Basically, you don't shave your facial hair for the entire month of November. I literally just shaved before Halloween midnight because I always do this sort of "contest". So, any of you RADICAL enough to join in this HAIR-RAISING challenge?

Man, I'm 14, and still have to shave everyday! When I don't for a week, I get a huge mustache, a patch under my lip, a small goatee, and a peach fuzz beard.

 

A month huh? That will be interesting...

I join in every year. it's a bit of tradition for my lax team to not shave at this time anyways. but i might have to this yeat because of ROTC but i think i can make it through the month.
