Oh, so that's what she's from. I kept thinking she had a similar art style to the investigations games; especially the people in the background, but I didn't recall any leeks or Guy Fawkes masks in my playthrough of the series.

She's a custom character made by Ropfa. She appears in the 3rd case of Ace Attorney: Conflict of Interest.

Her sprite might be made from other characters,though. 

 

You can refer to her as Woman or PureMadness.
