Well, this song isn't pure Drum and Bass,
and it's not my kinda style   

I would rate this 2/10

 

 and it's total chaos 1:06 to about 2:00    with something off rhythm at 2:28

Too many different sounds layered on top of eachother. It just sounds messy.  One good tip is to use a high htz sound for your background melodies.  Otherwise it starts to drown out your lead and require more space (which, in this situation, is not a good thing.)

 

Also, work on that outro.  It kinda' just... ends. 

 

Another thing that Arcium mentioned is that it gets off rhythm at times.  One of the most important part of D'n'B is the drums, (it's in the name!).  You want to put a lot of detail in the drum pattern and making everything line up.  It's one of the main reasons it's a difficult genre to start out with as a producer.
