Any fans here? I rediscovered that show a couple years ago and it's occurred to me lately that it has a lot in common with FiM.

 

Well-developed characters, sly writing, excellent voice acting, deep world-building, and (most importantly) fantastic musical numbers!

 

 

 

Mokey was a Fluttershy before it was cool.

I've never heard of it.

If I wanted to watch something that has to do with puppets, I'd watch Jeff Dunham.

Oh yes! I watched Fraggle Rock when I was a teen - I was a bit old for it's target demographic, but hey, we've never heard of that happening before, right?

I always loved Mokey. She's kind of like Twilight and Fluttershy combined. Just like Red is like Pinkie and Dash combined. Sort of. Of course, it was mainly the female characters I paid the most attention to, even then.

Watched a couple of episodes back when it was 1st out.  But, I was working nights at the time & it was on when I was usually asleep.  I'd have recorded it, but the VCR tape was full of last night's TV shows
