What is your favourite album of all time? Mine is definitely American Idiot by Green Day, then The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance at a very very close second.

My top 3 would probably go like;

1. American Idiot - Green Day

2. The Black Parade - My Chemical Romance

3. Sinners Never Sleep - You Me At Six

I have two that I can't seem to decide between!  Phantom of Opera soundtrack (25th anniversay royal albert hall show)  and Les Miserables. OMFG  I would never have bought the soundtrack if I hadn't gone to see that movie.  the music for both soundtracks is incredible!

Attack of the Wolf King by Haste The Day. Their magnum opus, setting an absurdly high standard for the entire genre of metalcore.

Still Life by Opeth.  Combining the brutality of death metal, progressive touches, and the softness of acoustic music, it has yet to be topped by anything in my collection.

#1 Asuka fanboy.

Signature created by Thunder Bolt.

Former names:   Dash Is Best Pony, TrixieLover97, and Twilightlicious 666

Hold your colour is my favorite album, closely followed by In Silico. My taste in music doesn't expand far past electro-dance music.

Probably Archangel and Invincible, Both by Two Steps From Hell.

I love a whole bunch of other bands but if I need to make a decision than it would be those two albums...I can't choose between them.

This right here be my favorite song in Archangel

And this would be my favorite song in Invincible.

City by Strapping Young Lad.

This was, for me, a whole new type of aggressive music. Coherent enough to understand, but fast and heavy enough for me to enjoy in JUST the right places. As of recent, I may not listen to this album A LOT as much as I used to, but regardless of whether I do or not, it is still one of my favorites.

I've listened to many awesome albums, but there are two which have special place in my heart:

Dark Side Of The Moon

The Wall

(both by Pink Floyd, ofc) I really can't decide which one is better.

I'd say mine are either...

Van Halen by Van Halen (their first, self-titled album)

...And Justice For All by Metallica

Mesmerize/Hypnotize by System of a Down (Double album)

Creatures of the Night by Kiss

One of those. All are extremely great.  :D

The album Frontiers by Journey in 1983 without a doubt is my all time favorite. I have rarely heard an album in which I love all the songs. This album was when Journey was at their best with hits such as Separate Ways (Worlds Apart) and Faithfully. A close second would be E5C4P3 from 1981

I'd have to put Frontiers on my list of favorites as well, but I'm partial to Styx's Greatest Hits album released in the 90s...

Decisions, decisions.

Well, my top 3 would be:

1. Avenged Sevenfold's Waking The Fallen because it's what made me fall in love with A7X and what made me like a lot more on the heavier side of rock music.

2. Green Day's American Idiot because, even though I was 8 at the time it's what brought me into liking music.

3. Linkin Park's Minutes To Midnight because it was what brought me into loving good music instead of the pop I was listening to at 12 years old.
