Who is your favourite Parody Pony?

Who is your favourite character in a pony parody and why?

 

If I were still caught up in the epic story that was woonstuck, I would of course say Woona. But now that it's done and I'm not as obsessed with it I'm going to have to cast my vote with Pinkie Pie from Friendship is Witchcraft.

 

Why?

 

1. I think it's great that she plays the 'straight man' role in FiW (as much as FiW has a 'straight man' role)

2. Cult leader Fluttershy fears her power.

3. Jenny Nicholson is awesome.

4. I love that she has this horrible, painful past but still manages to put a smile on and maintain a positive attitude (as much as possible for a pony who has been through as much as her.)

5. Related to numbers 3. and 4. Her songs. You know: "the sad ones with the deceptively happy tune" as AJ says. Gypsy Bard makes me giggle and cry every time. I assume Jenny does the singing as well -- in any case, I think it's fantastic!

 

So there you go. FiW Pinkie Pie is my favourite and I'm sure after reading my nicely itemized list she must be yours as well!

Well I really love all of Friendship is Witchcraft.. So this is going to be really hard. However considering Pinkie has the majority of the songs in the show and they are super flipping catchy I'm going to have to pick her.

 

Not to mention shes still hilarious.

 

Then again all the characters are hilarious

 

but then she has great depth to her character...

 

But so does all the ponies on FIW... Ya know except Rainbow Dash .

 

I'm going with Pinkie Pie, just because . And i'm a sucker for catchy music.

 

On a side note. I wonder if FIW has been canceled or something..? I mean there hasn't been a new episode in months and months.. Can't say I remember hearing anything from the creators, but maybe they'll make more, I hope so atleast .

Flutters M. Shydale from the pony.mov series. She somehow manages to be a coldblooded killer and still come off as a nice pony.

Probably Spike "Gilardi" from the .MOV series. Mostly because it's made by HotDiggedyDemon, and their cartoons are dark but hilarious. Seriously, I laughed for 30 minutes after watching the PONY.MOV series. Stoner Spike is awesome.

I like Twilight Sparkle in the fanfic Letters From a Disgruntled Friendship Student, she brutally rips into everyone in these letters even Princess Celestia and some chapters have some rather interesting letters from other Mane 6 members and even a hilarious letter where Celestia channel her inner Trollestia and tells off Twilight.

I really hope it hasn't been cancelled and that they're just taking their time to do something they're happy with. Or taking a break -- those things must be a lot of work! Anyway, I look forward to seeing the next one and if there isn't a next one, I'm grateful for the ones we have

Spike from the MOV series because he's what I could be in that world, the most natural character who doesn't give two damns about you.

And Pinkie Pie in the Mentally Advanced series. A character that has always annoyed me in the show actually makes me laugh in a parody. Crazy,huh?
