I wish to pause time, so I can sleep for as long as I want to without worrying about being late for work.

Granted! But it only works for a few seconds. Maybe with enough training, you can increase the amount of time your time-stopping powers will last. But you'll have to be wide awake to get better at it. 

I wish there were more options for fresh fish where I live.

I wish for a lifetime supply of iced coffee.

Granted but it’s so iced it’s all frozen solid. You will never get drink it. 
 

I wish that I could actually get back into actually writing

Granted. You will get back into writing and be very good at it, but you'll lose interest in another hobby you currently have. 

I wish the color red complimented all other colors and neutrals.

Granted, but because it doesn't exist, you never knew it was your most hated song. Now you have a different most hated song that you wish didn't exist, never knowing the joy of being rid of a song you hated even more.

I wish for a hug.

Wish granted. You will be hugged. By everyone. Any time someone spots you, they will be compelled to hug you. And not every hug will be caring hug. My suggestion? Be ready to get a shield at least. The zombie apocalypse is coming; but instead of brains or flesh, they want hugs. Your hugs, and only your hugs.

I wish for someone else's dream vehicle, in exactly the working and maintained condition they want it to be in.
