paradox's in the show

i have notice a couple of time paradox's in the both in an episode and the whole show the fist one is

1. The Gala in "the best night ever" it was meant to be their first time there but how is this possible they had already got tickets and went before hand in the episode where the mane six fight over the spare ticket but all went. in all seriousness this makes no sense to me.

2. applebloom is truly impossible if AJ's parents were dad when she was young than where did applebloom appear from she cant form from air and there was no mother to birth her so she is truly impossible unless she was adopted which i highly doubt to the fact that AJ would be the mother not the sister.

again if anyone noticed this comment and if you disagree again say why you do

1. They fought over the tickets in S1 E3 but they didn't go until "Best night ever"

2. We don't know when they died so there's no way to tell how old AJ was when they died

1) You must have noticed all the episodes quoting the Gala and how exited they are about it (Eg. Suited for Success). Episode 3 in season 2 was just them getting tickets for the Gala. And I have just got a message that someone posted before me. Ninja's...

2) Don't know about this one. We don't know when they died anyway so she probably didn't come out of air (That would be silly).

Here's a paradox I thought was interesting.

Does a Twilight Sparkle that contains all Twilight Sparkles which do not contain themselves, contain Twilight Sparkle?

i saw what you did there.

i see now of how you have speculations but BUT the true fact about the first paradox is that if your child was going away wouldnt you go to see them at least to say good luck or something like that

Does a set of all sets of cupcakes contain itself? Now if you would excuse me, I'll go pickup what's left of my brain form the floor...

Paradoxes:

1) Magical ponies appear for some reason in a show which is about a monarch trying to secure her throne and increase her power and which features slavery, war, violence, disease, magical curses, and frequent monster attacks.

2) People call it a "little girls show."

3) Adult men watch a "little girls show".

4) Little girls watch the show described in #1.

I don't think those qualify as paradoxes. They're just examples of irony. A paradox would be more like this:

Assuming that god can do absolutely anything, can he create a door which he cannot open?

A few things:

1. The Best Night Ever was the first time any of them (excluding Twilight who grew there) went to Canterlot. They were simply fantasizing about the gala in The Ticket Master.

2. It's never been canonically stated that Applejack's parents are dead (though it has been implied). This will probably never be addressed in the show, as having dead parents (while cool in Batman) is not a theme that would go over well with kids.

3. These wouldn't be considered paradoxes at all in the first place. If anything they would be a continuity error. (But they aren't even that, as the continuity is just fine regarding these two things)

1) As other people have mentioned, they received the tickets to the Gala in The Ticket Master, but didn't attend the Gala until Best Night Ever.

2) Their parents passed away shortly after Applebloom was born.

Basically, but one or two of the writers confirmed that the shooting stars in Apple Family Reunion were indeed a nod to Applejack's parents, implying they were either dead or astronauts. But most likely the former.

And? Lauren Faust (Creator of the show) has stated on Twitter that Pegasi fart helium, is that canon too? I'm sorry, but unless it's in the show, it's not canon.

It's possible that AJ's parents were already dead at that point, and Apple Bloom was just a baby (hey, maybe she was sleeping when AJ left).
