Ponies and Clothes

As you might be able to tell from my avatar , one of my favorite background ponies is Royal Ribbon. And she's got 3 cute items on which is why I like her design. So these questions popped in my head , do you prefer ponies with clothing or without? Does it add to Rarity when she has a scarf on or Applejack has her hat on? Do background ponies stand out more when they have clothing on?

Clothes=higher class? Since it seems canterlot ponies tend to have clothes.

Yeah, It has something to do with Classes, Only the Finiest of the Fine where the clothes. Although They never wear normal clothes just dresses and suits so it's for a showoff if anything..or atleast that's what I think

I don't really care. Rarity, I feel like it adds to her character when she has a dress on; and AJ, a hat. But otherwise, it doesn't really matter. I mean, they're ponies afterall. Applejack even said they don't usually wear clothes.

I prefer ponies with clothes. Why you may ask? Cause it stands them out from the rest of the ponies. Besides you can't argue that it makes ponies look cuter

I prefer ponies without clothes as a rule. Exceptions include Applejack, who just isn't AJ without her hat, and Shining Armor in his wedding uniform. I also liked Spitfire's uniform in "Wonderbolt Academy" and the Winter Wrap-Up team vests.

It doesn't make all that much difference to me.I mean,sure,some ponies look cuter in some clothes,but I could honestly care less if they deicded to make the entirety of Equestria into a nudist colony/refined civilization.

I'm just going to say that in Secret of my Excess, Rarity looks absolutely amazing in that cape and necklace.

But even cooler when her hair gets spiked.

They can look good with and without, but seriously, Rarity looks so cool with that look.

 

More capes please. What happened to Rarity's prediction of capes coming in style? It needs to happen.

I think they look better with clothes, depending on what clothes. Most of the time, the clothes they (at least the mane 6) wear are quite cute. 

 

Of course, they still look fine without them, but it just adds something.
