It usually takes me about 15-30 minutes to fall asleep, but always depends on the day because sometimes it has taken me hours to sleep ^^;

Generally, it takes me around 30-40 minutes to fall asleep. However, if there's something big coming up the next day, such as going on holiday, I'd feel really excited and have a very hard time falling asleep. So whenever there's something like that coming up the next day, I just stay awake all night and watch some YouTube videos, or even a film XD

It depends on the condition that I am sleeping in. If I'm really tired and the place I'm sleeping in is nice, then usually only 5 minutes until I'm asleep. If I'm really tired, but I'm sleeping in a not so suitable place, it can take around 30 minutes to 1 hour before I go asleep.

Sleeping is surprisingly one of those things that I can do pretty easily unless my anxiety is hitting me really bad. Depending on how tired I am it can take anywhere form 5-20 minutes or so. This is if I am actually tired though, if I am not actually tired then falling asleep can be very difficult for me.

I love sleep there is nothing better than a nice nap or a good night's sleep. It doesn't take me much to zzzzzz but once I do I tend to sleep like a log.

I've battled insomnia my whole life.  I don't adhere well to a 24 hour day.  I work best on a 25 hour day, so that's kind of how I live.  Thus, my schedule creeps around the clock, and I'll gradually rotate from being diurnal to nocturnal and back.  For awhile, I'll fall asleep within about 20 min, but then my body will begin to reject my schedule and I'll basically never get to sleep and be a mess for a few weeks.  Then I'll do some sort of shock treament and stay up for a really long time until I'm tired enough to fall asleep and try to reset my schedule.  If the Earth's rotation was just a smidge slower, I'd be sound as a pound.

I am such a strange sleeper... First I need to have a minimum of 2 blankets (one to go on top of my body, the other on top of my arms so they aren't touching me..) and 2 pillows (one for under my head, and the other for between my legs so my legs aren't touching..i'm a side sleeper).. I also cannot wear pants or socks or to bed or I can't sleep... if I feel pressure to fall asleep (like I want to take a nap, and I only have an hour) there is no point in even trying because I will NOT fall asleep, I need it to be as quiet as possible, and most noises will wake me up once I fall asleep... once all these conditions are met, it'll take me at least half an hour to fall asleep, sometimes up to an hour... I don't sleep well at all, which is pretty crappy cause I used to be a heavy sleeper who could sleep through anything... In order to sleep better at night I usually smoke a bowl before bed, and it seems to help me sleep longer, and wake up more refreshed.

It takes me about 15-30 minutes to fall asleep, and I can't imagine it taking any longer. Sure, once in a blue moon I might be stressed and not be able to fall asleep as easily, but I don't know how I'd handle having to take more than an hour every night D:

If I do find myself stressed while I'm trying to sleep, I meditate on my breathing. The only thing that keeps me from falling asleep during a normal meditation session is the fact that I'm sitting up straight, so if I'm lying down and actually trying to fall asleep it's like NyQuil.
