What I'd like to see happen is:

 

For Twilight Sparkle to give up Princessing & hopefully, pass on the job to somepony who "Shimmer's" or "Glimmer's".

 

After which, Twilight takes a job teaching at "Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns".

I don't think she'll give up princessing tbh. It's only been 2 seasons since the s4 finale. I hope she finds more about herself myself.
