Im guessing that all us Rarity fans don't give a damn about the March Madness tournament anymore, right?

I never gave a damn, first because I don't like reading, and that thread already had way too many pages, second I knew something like that would have happened. I just cared about the outcome of the votes and nothing more.

The more I think on this subject, the more it bothers me.

 

The incident with the Pinkie fans last night. Of course, our anger at the ones posting that stuff is justified, but I worry about our relations with the rest of the Pinkie fans; the ones who weren't posting that awful stuff.

 

I'm sure the anger has blown over (for most of us, at least) given the last few pages of posts of are just of us fawning over how beautiful Rarity is (for good reason; she's so pwetty )

 

However, I'm scared we're taking the misdeeds of the few and putting them on the shoulders of the masses, so to speak. Hell, I'll say it myself; I'm guilty of this crime.

I guess what I'm saying is to just let go of any anger you're feeling at the Pinkie fans and move on. It's what I'm trying to do.

I know I'm sounding like a Debbie Downer in this situation, and hey, believe me; I don't want to make this post. 

 

So, if any one of you is still angry at them, I'd just like to make sure the air is clear and that we should forgive and forget

Make things easier on all of us, you know?

see? I think we're overthinking about this issue. Actually I wouldn't have found out about all this 'Rarinazi' drama if it weren't by you guys. I'm not worried, mad or scared, because I didn't have an argument with anyone.

I know this would sound weird at first but sometimes it's convenient being an ignorant about some topics. Actually if I was there at that thread and saw those pictures, I wouldn't take it to heart anyway cuz I'm ignorant about nazis and hitler, I know he was a bad guy, some people defend his views, but I personally prefer to stay out of that dispute and drama.

If a Pinkie Pie wants to hate me and not being my friend because I love Rarity I'd be like 'bitch, you miss it, I'm an awesome person', I think you should all do the same.

Fighting with others over this ridiculous thread is too far past the line. Judge me for who I am not for the pony that I like.

I think it's just more a case of overzealous fanboying versus specifically disliking Rarity... I mean, sure, even now Rarity is typically on most people's 'least favorite' list, but I don't think there's as much explicit dislike as there was in past seasons. At least I hope not.

you're quite wrong, Rarity perhaps has loyal haters that stick around since season 1, but one thing is true and proven! Rarity is not least favorite anymore, I think that the people that still attack her are jealous or frustrated that a pony like Rarity is dominating, instead of the typical Rainbow Dash or Pinkie Pie.

A couple of Pinkie Pie fans posted pictures of Nazi Rarity. I was trying to ease the situation

It seems to be just out of the heat of the moment; hell, a couple of them felt guilty and changed their votes and one even apologized

 

Once this is over, I have full faith in things going back to how they were

It's MUCH different from the way it used to be Given that I used to get hate mail just for being a Rarity fan, and this year Rarity made it all the way into the final four of the tourney, I'd say there's still a huge change

 

I mean, look at my topic about her and AJ being in the least popular ponies of the mane 6 22 out of 27 people said she wasn't one of the least popular in the of the mane 6 anymore

 

Change has already happened; just getting knocked down once shouldn't keep us down, especially when we've been flying so high lately

Honestly, if one were to trace back to the tourney, it was only two Pinkie supporters doing that; the rest might have been a little overzealous, but the claims of the hate "coming back" are nothing to worry about, so let's just stay calm

 

I admit my guilt in the situation here and helping bring it to the magnitude at what it was brought to, but, I discussed the situation with a rather prominent member of Pinkie's fanbase, and I think it'd be in both of our fanbases best interest to tear down any walls that have been put up

 

We've already got a rift with the RD fans, anyway. Do we really need another?

 

In any case, I'd just like to make sure that there's no anger being felt anymore and that all is forgiven, and that the fear of Rarity hate coming back is soothed here.

I think that's the norm. Rarity fans usually hate Rainbow Dash, Rainbow Dash fans hate Rarity back. It's funny cuz the show always implied that the opposite of Rarity was Applejack, therefore we should have been against her haha.

Plus, Rarity and AJ fans seem to be best friends, when it comes to overall fanbase relations
