I drew Rarity, just because.

Yeah, last night I just decided to give drawing Rarity a go, and after about 40 minutes I think it turned out... somewhat okay. Anyway, I felt like sharing, so here it is:

Color might be a little off in the pic, but that's pretty much how it looks in person. So yeah, feel free to compliment or criticize if you want, I just felt like sharing is all.

Not bad, but it's not perfect, honestly.

The real question is, why would anyone not draw Rarity (She's been kind of taking over my Deviant art. )

 

Anyways, this is quite good for how much practice you seem to have. The only 2 things I would suggest is making the ear bigger, it's always better to have them bigger then smaller, and to widen the legs. The back front leg should also be cut off by the body, so it doesn't look layered over the body.

 

Rarity's mane is the stupidest thing to draw (And shading it is a nightmare) so I must applaud you doing that so well. Very good job.

This is quite good, and I'd imagine that coloring would be a pain.  I never color my pictures because I suck at it, but it seems that you've done well.

My phone... the camera is actually pretty decent for most things, but that was really the only combination of white balance and focus that looked good enough to me. That's pretty much how it looks though.

Anyways looks pretty good, better then the stuff I make, although the camera quality looks bit strange, must be the light and stuff I guess.

Pretty nice job, there. Not perfect, but a pretty good product for a session of casual drawing.

 

Some constructive critiques:

- Her hooves aren't smooth enough, they are too square in this picture.

- Her ear is too thin  (don't worry, I have a problem with ears, too ).

- The end of her tail seems a bit wonky. Not sure how to put it, but it seems like it splits rather than one piece rolling over itself again.

Steady that hand, dude! The drawing is good, but the lines are shaky, and it detracts from the piece. You'll get there though, you just got to keep on practicing. But yeah, my biggest critique is how shaking the lines seem.

The head's a bit big, and the eyes are pretty derpy, but overall, I think you did a great job. Rarity's hair can be difficult to draw, but you did a pretty good job.
