Well, I couldn't find a grandiose thread where everypony could put in their favourite of everything, so here goes!

I do not consider either Iron Will or Flim and Flam to be villians.

 

Flim and Flam are definitely villains. Watching the episode and seeing their sinister smiles along with threatening to shut down the Apple family's business - those are villains if I ever see one. Iron Will not only has an ethic to be enormously brutal to everypony, he actually encourages others to do the same - that's pure antagonism. Though I do think I'll change the word Villain to Antagonist.

Although Iron Will was sort of a stretch, you're right - maybe I should change the word Villain to Antagonist.

You should change it.

It gives people more options to choose from. The only villains so far are Discord, Nightmare Moon, Sombra and Chrysalis.
