Hiya,

I'm always interested in new music but I'm always so picky. There must be a dozen music sharing threads out there but I'd like to make one a little bit more personal to me. I'm not saying give me your music rather expose me to your music. Let me start off with something I like:

Thank you. Oh well I don't really want this to be a competion like no rating or stuff. I figured if I started this one I'd be more up to date on things rather then spending hours looking through another thread. But then again that's just me.

@@Umbreon

Pokemon GSC were by far one of the greatest of all the generations in my book. I clocked in over 200hrs of gameplay on silver back when I was little. Those games were just one of a kind.

Only 200? For shame.

Not sure how many I got when I was actually little and those were the games of the day, but I got 400 something on one Crystal alone. ;)

I miss my Poliwrath and Feraligatr. ;_;

OT: I've somewhat fallen in love with Chiptune  and a few other genres since my friend showed me this awesome producer.

Its quite literally amazing to listen to. Not only that, but you can get nostalgic feels from it! :D

And this is a really good song by that guy imo.

@@Umbreon,

I loved listening to that!! :o  :o it sounded like playing a genesis game while mixed in with a ton of other stuff at the same time. That song you posted had a nostalgic ring to it.

That's what his music does to ya. :3

Also, since Pokemon was brought up, he has a song made almost entirely out of old Pokemon cries.

And I'll go ahead and post one last one by him then change it up.

If you ever look him up, I think you should give Noise Channel Rocker a try as well as Tao Tao bounce.

Also, I prefer the ending theme of FLCL to the beginning one. Something about it is just soo amazing. X)

Eluveitie

Although I'm not big on their latest album, Eluveitie have continued to be one of my favorite Folk Metal bands, tying in with some of the more Prog and Post Metal Metal bands I like that have a lot of Folk influences.

This is a bit of a stretch, but Alcest take influences from some Folk genres, particularly Celtic music, and they're he's incredible.

Might as well post this up while I'm here

I've been watching this concert right now

Already watched the whole thing once before

While I was home alone, I love blasting up band concerts

When everyone else is gone, it's just something I like to do

One of my favorites. This is a cover of a Bruce Springsteen song done in a progressive rock style which, in my opinion is much better than the original.

Ah, Aphex Twin. Love that stuff, though some of it is a bit too electronic for me. I have his album, Drukqs and love it. Here's one of my favorites:

Drukqs is a great album (well all of his albums are great in my opinion) though my personal favorite album of his is Selected Ambient Works 85-92.
