It feels like it is referencing Luna vs NMM, & has this very strong vibe towards that idea. Personally I have never felt that Luna was 100% in the wrong... I think that she made a mistake, something that is much more human than her sister (yes I know they are Alicorn Equines, I meant human as in they have better characters/personalities) who, despite constantly doing stuff wrong, never seems to really care about her actions/how they affect others. Minus the attempted fight with Chrysalis but... Yeah that didn't go over so well... Anyways, I have always felt that Luna having this almost bipolar personality deal it created a much more compelling character. I mean, it is one thing to just say "Oh this character can be a dick sometimes, oohhh scary!" & it is another to give them a whole different attitude, similar to how Anakin became Darth Vader, except instead of good to evil it is evil to good. This post is a double post for FlutterShy & Luna in the other thread, but I am specifically talking about Luna for this post right now since it is her FC. http://mlpforums.com/topic/31104-most-beautiful-pony/page-5#entry3059023 This thread is talking about the beauty of the ponies. A lot of people focused on their looks, which for Luna is pretty easy to see why she would be on this list of beauties. However... What a lot of people seemed to neglect was the inner beauty. While, yes, on the outside, Luna does have extreme beauty on the outside, she also has a beauty inside... She is strong, & protective. She is caring, & only desires for people to love her (which who doesn't, let's be honest), & she would do anything to get ponies to love her. Sure on the outside she is beautiful, but on the inside she is just as beautiful as the outside, if not more so...
