Pony Choice Awards!

I decided to myself  recently, 'if Nick can have their own choice awards, why can't we?' And on that note, let me present the PONY CHOICE AWARDS! 

 

Here's the thing: You vote for

Best pony singer

Best looking pony

Best Episode

Best Pony Song

Best Brony Song

Best Brony Video

Best Brony Fanfic

Best BG pony

Best Brony

Best Liked Brony

Best Brony Artist

Best Brony Musician

etc... etc...

 

I really want to do this, but I have no idea what to do! I would like to have like a website where people can vote for so and so, and so their votes will not be visible to everyone. Then we can post the results for everyone to see. If somepony could help me do this, please comment on this!

Also, if my idea is a success, and the website is created, then could you guys maybe tell your other brony friends about it, like the guys from other brony websites, etc, because I want this to be an international brony event.

While it's a cute idea, I don't see it taking off, really. I mean, that'd require a lot of attention, and people are often just too lazy to vote or don't care.

This sort of thing would require heavy organisation - I mean, there are thousands of fan fictions out there for example. Some categories should be a nomination process. Additionally, there have been polls in the past for most attractive pony, best pony, and there was a giant Best Episode tourney - why do them all again?

Best pony singer: candance/chrysalis (during this day aria)

Best looking pony: spitfire. runner up is octavia

Best Episode: royal canterlot wedding.

Best Pony Song: "this day aria" tied with "at the gala"

Best Brony Song: "loyalty" by acoustic brony. "discord the living tomb stone remix" as a close second.

Best Brony Video: daylight's end. seriosy, this is incredibale.

Best Brony Fanfic: background pony. love it or hate it, nothing makes you feel quite as much emotion as this.

Best BG pony: derpy for in show, with vinyl scratch and lyra heartstrings as tied winners for out of universe content

Best Brony: knighty

Best Liked Brony: the living tomb stone

Best Brony Artist: I unfortunatly don't know any brony artists.

oh, I'm just giving an example. I wanted to see if I felt the format worked. consider it a prototype model of a vote (in my mind at least). this could be and example of how to vote. on one hand, no one would be excluded from the contest. on the othere hand though, some one would have to comb through all the comments to do so. your best bet is to get in conact with knighty, equestria daily and some youtubers. once you have equestria daily, youtube and fimfiction (which, despite not being as big as the other two, still has over 70,000 members). once you've gotten the word out, you need to get someone to set up a site. after that, just lett the votes roll in. you could a specify for non pre-existing catagories, with the option to show the most popler, or all votes for each catagory. also seem my list as a number of recombination  every one and their dog has heared of acoustic, but the video is abousltly amasing. sends shivers down my spine.

I mean it could be a lot of fun. We get to see what the community agrees (mostly) as a whole.

 

Then againe it could backfire and set things ablaze

 

Either way it's a win win
