Here's a small fragment:

 

 

though it’s barely audible:

 

“Twilight...”

 

Twilight took her reply as though Rainbow was being disobedient:

 

“Look, Fluttershy’s not getting any better, and you’re not gonna get any better unless you get back to your own bed!!! Rainbow, let’s go now!!!”

 

Twilight reached her front hoof out to Rainbow, trying not to yank on the IV connected to it. In doing so, Rainbow fell over with a thud, without any sort of a verbal response, she simply laid on the floor, eyes bloodshot and sunken in and mouth ajar and drooling. It was then that Twilight realised that something was wrong. Rainbow Dash laid on the floor, limp, only able to utter out a simple message:

 

“Help... Me...”

 

Whatever it was affecting Rainbow Dash, it seemed to be accelerating. Twilight was shocked at what she had realised, and urgently

I like it so far, the description is good and does well is portraying the situation. And since its a hospital scene, I'm guessing a pretty sad and tragic story, which is my favorite kind :) ... for some reason happy.png

I'm expecting most people to really not be too into ponies right now actually, since we have a nearly year long period till the show returns.

I guess Zoop would understand me when I say the following: I'm listening to the melody of Love-Coloured Master Spark combined with the bass melody of Bad Apple!! and it sounds epic. Though it's nearly being drowned out by a couple... Hundred... Thousand... Notes... Playing... In the background... Heh... blush.png

Yep, you pretty much got it there. The girls're in a hospital, Fluttershy's critically ill, and Rainbow's soon to follow. My kind of story, as well.

Well, the story's currently now three small fragments, and the composition's up to 1.6 million notes... So yeah, I really do have a long ways to go.

 

I'm kinda confused on that terminology. What is a "note" exactly?

I'm talking about a music note. It's a separate project that involves me attempting to create a MIDI composition that exceeds 10 million notes by adding millions of unnecessary notes to a pre-existing song. (The official record is 6 million, and the unofficial record is 9 million.) For example:

Currently, two people by the name of TheTrustedComputer and TheSuperMarioBros2 are the masters of this kind of stuff.

 

For example:

 

 

 

That is really fricken cool... and complex. Lordy that's a lot of notes...

My guess that that's about 200-10000 notes per measure. The all-time record was 166k notes (Necrofantasia), which was then broken by a 270k note version of Last Brutal Sister Flandre Scarlet (mislabelled as UN Owen was Her), and then further exceeded by a 1 million note version of Necrofantasia, which was the first ever MIDI to even exceed a million notes.
