nah, i'm not that mad. i paid only a bit over a buck for the record, and it wasn't scratched at all, and the cover was mostly good, so i'm fine with it. still a bit of a pisser, though, since now i own a not-complete copy of the record. oh well, Crises should be easy to find anywhere else.

If that's to be the case, would my dad permit me to conduct such blasphemy? He's the kind of person who prefers to leave such matters to professionals who claim they know what they're doing, even though they'll charge more.

 

For the longest time ever, I wanted a light fixture installed in my room, and I threatened to my folks that I would do it myself if they were not gonna call in an electrician. As much as my mom vouched for me, my dad said no to it all, even though I handled with electric wiring in high school.

 

I gave up and got a floor lamp instead. So in order for me to assert any sort of dominance in the place, I not only need to be part computer technician, but also part-electrician and part-mechanic.

I don't know about caffeine withdrawal related deaths, but caffeine overdose, yeah.

As for what caffeine does to the bladder, that is almost always the case when I drink a 500ml can of Monster.

Why the overcaffeinated beverages?!! I heard of a secondhand account of someone dying from NOT drinking that stuff. That person was suffering from caffeine withdrawal. I tend to notice that caffeine makes my bladder more sensitive, and all I drink that's caffeinated is a 20 ounce Diet Coke, and I don't drink the entire thing, either.
