How do you know who Natsumi is, but not Giroro?

Kululu is ranked higher than Keroro, but Keroro is the leader of the platoon.

 

I was wondering why his title suggested he was higher up.

Well, I do like being Kululu, I can see you being Keroro, SW makes a pretty good Giroro, I like Libby being Natsumi even though she doens't visit often anymore.

I think Ganaram might be the best Tamama.

We need someone who can be Natsumi's brother.( I can't remember as I haven't watched the show in a while)
