I haven't heard much of Skillet To be Honest,
But I actually did Enjoy their Music, I will Continue to Find more of their songs just to try, and see if I actually do Like them,

I have Mixed Feeling at the moment, I'll get back to you if I enjoy them or not.

I gave Skillet a try, didn't like it at all. I mean, Awake was definitely not the worst thing I've ever heard, but eh. It didn't suit my taste at all

 

But I can understand why people like them

Considering what you normally listen to I imagine you probably won't like Skillet, not really related to most of the stuff you listen to alot.

 

But its ok, everyone has different tastes . If everyone had the same tastes music wouldn't be as interesting.

Got Rise off of Spotify today and listened to the whole thing. Definitely rivals Comatose for their best album IMHO.

Although just because you think something is shitty, doesn't make it shitty. Unless the band is genuinely talentless and the music is objectively bad.

I believe Soundgarden explained the whole concept of "objectively bad" better than I could. And yeah I could give several valid reasons why Nickelback and JB are both objectively bad.

Oh my goodness, I don't think I could choose a favorite song!

 

The albums I have are Collide, Comatose, and Awake.

 

I've actually seen them live twice: once at "Awake Tonight", and more recently at "Winter Jam"
