Changeling figurines, yes or no?

One:

Do any Changeling Figurine exist yet?

Two:

If not, would you like there to be? Would it be a good idea for Hasbro to make any?

 

To explain the second question:

For starters, making changeling figuries would be very much mainly a catering to Bronies, even though it would perhaps eventually break the mold of "only cutesies for girls".

 

So, how interested would bronies be to see Changeling Figurines in Packages and/or blind bags, do you think?

I'm sure i'd buy at least one box and/or some blindbags, but that is me.

I think one box would be good, and some in blindbags.

 

But, what do You think, and would You like it?

I don't believe they exist yes. I would love to see some changelings in the blind bags though, that'd be more incentive for me to buy them. They're better than a funky looking re-colored mane 6 pony. Changelings ftw!

I don't think Hasbro would make changeling figurines for little girls, since you know.. it probably wouldn't sell very well (or so they think). I'm in favor of making the toys more show accurate, and I think we'll have to get there first before changeling toys are put out. However, I can see changeling figurines being sold at Hot Topic. It seems like the more brony-like MLP merchandise is sold at Hot Topic, while the actual MLP toys for little girls are sold at places like Toys R Us, Target, etc. I don't think I'd get any changeling merch, but there are definitely some fans out there who would get some.

There most likely won't be any changeling figurines due to the fact that Hasbro's target audience for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is little girls, and most little girls won't want a toy for the bad guys. Along with that, it's possible that changelings are frightning to some children which would make the figurines not sell well.

 

However, like fimdash said; it is more likely to see a changeling figurine from Hot Topic in the future as they cater towards bronies rather than the actual MLP merchandise.

There's a Chrysalis brushie coming out this fall, but her design doesn't really fit the standard mold for the alicorn dolls, so it looks kind of off. I don't even know if she still has holes in her legs.

Idk if they exist, but I have my doubts since I don't think girls would want to buy them really, most girls don't like bug like creatures really. So Hasbro might see it a waste.

 

Now the bronies It would be cool for. I wouldn't mind it, long as they're made well and stuff.

The blind bag sized figures need three things:

 

1) Discord

2) Changelings

3) Scoots and Sweetie Belle

 

However, do consider that if you're like me and slightly dislike the neon/transparent/glittery blind bag ponies, you can always just pretend these are your Changelings and have them battle the solid ponies

It would be really awesome if Hasbro made Changeling figures, but, as everyone else, I believe that will not happen unless Hasbro decides to not care for little girls. Who are who the show was meant for in the first place xD

There's probably fan-made ones, but I dunno about official Changeling figures. Plus, I mean it's not like they're gonna make a whole changeling plushie, or figurine. Maybe they might include them in some of the blind bag series, but I think that's just as far as they'll go. 

 

Or maybe Hasbro could include them in some playset (like Cadance, Shining Armor, Chrysalis, and the changelings in some royal wedding-themed playset). But I don't think they'll make major changeling products. They'll be some side figures or something. But yeah, remember it's targeted for little girls mostly, but it would be pretty cool to see them as figures!!

Herhorn andwings are a bit off...and there doesn't seem to be any "holes" on her legs, just painted on markings.

 

That's the Queen Chrysalis figure for the upcoming (or is it released already?) new "Pony Favourites" set (which is awesome).

 

It's a repaint of the usual Alicorn mould. It looks nice, and I welcome anything about Chryssy, but I do wish they'd have remoulded it a bit. Some new wings/hooves and her horn would've made her perfect.

 

As for Changeling figures, I'd love some. It may not be ideal for the target audience, but here's one instance where gambling on the bronies might pay off big for Hasbro, as lots of bronies with juicy disposable incomes will be likely to buy mass amounts of them for troop-building displays~

As far as I know it's not released yet...I see all new stuff up on eBay all the time.  I just have to search for it because sometimes they on't call the figures by their actual names or it's misspelled. I've also found NIghtmare Moon stuff, Alicorn Twily figures, Sunset Shimmer ponies....

 

Yea, re-mold and it would've looked a lot better, but it's Hasbro. Wasn't until recently they gave Fluttershy her own mold. Maybe they'll do design changes and have a different mould.

 

but as for a bunch of little changling figurines,it could be awesome...maybe a changeling checker/chess set?

which is going for an insane amount of money. But it does look to be a little more "Show Accurate"

As far as I know, there aren't any changeling figurines, but there are Chrysalis figurines. Fan made though. It would be cool if there were changeling figurines, but I doubt Hasbro would ever make them. So, you are better off just looking for fan made figurines of changelings.

Boy, I did not know that all little girls want nothing but tea parties still, apparently. Why wouldn't they want changeling figures? They are bad guys to a great show of course. Every toy set needs the bad guys! In my opinion.

 

Also, no, there no 'official' figures out there. I would get them if there were. I am not the biggest changeling or Chrysalis fan (they are awesome, just not my favorite) but I would obviously still get them.

This and the also posted minifigure of Chrysalis are going to be out soon. What I am surprised about is that no one has counted the fact that Chrysalis is indeed herself a changeling. She just so happens to be the queen.

 

I absolutely see changelings coming out in the next year or so. If they released her (which by little girl standards is creepy), they are bound to release a "standard" changeling.
