Man, I love that game! It's a really addicting Strategy/RTS/RPG/MOBA. Everyone should try it out sometime! I've actually met some bronies on there, too! All though the interactions were moderately awkward... One person I met "Gamer Luna", was very confided. I asked him if he was a brony, he responded "Yes". I asked him if he wanted to Skype, at which point he clammed up and said that he only Skypes with close family and friends. Man, I'm the epitome of social interactions, aren't I? Anyways, this thing has gotten off topic, so I leave you with this!

League of Legends is a fun game! I'd start it up and hours would just fly by. But I seem to play it for a couple days, then just forget it exists for several months. Not sure why I never keep up with it... I may have to try getting back into the game    Thanks for the reminder

Okay, thanks for the notification! As LensFlare stated, this is merging into the LoL forums. To be honest, I felt that LoL had a small enough fanbase to the point of not having a forum'/thread, but I think that its' cool that I'm wrong!!!

On a more serious note,I freakin' love to play support,especially with Nami and Soraka (Nami's kit is just amazing and Soraka has a no-cost mana heal/silence.Strong supports are strong).I'm trash at everything else though,especially carry/jungle.I can't last hit for my life and I don't know what the hell I'm doing when I jungle.I play Ali jungle too,which makes my lack fo jungling skills even more sad as I suck horribly at it.But support?I freakin' dominate.

we should totally make a custom tournament involving people from this forum (my guess is there are quite a large amount of players here given that this topic has over 70 pages). but we would have to decide if we set up teams beforehand or randomly assign.

If we were going to do this,I'm guessing randomly assigned premades would be much easier to do for the majority of people unless some people request to be in a premade with certain others.That way,we would be able to quickly assign teams while people who want to be in a premade together do get into a premade together.

you make a valid point. but the number of people involved in such an endeavor would be quite large (80 for a 16 party tourney, 40 for an 8 party set up) unless we do 3's instead of 5's. So much to be considered before this even begins.

I don't know man, Ez's poke combined with Sona is pretty amazing! Zyra and Draven also make a good combination, admittedly I was wrecked by it the other day and I wasn't to particularly happy about it! -_- Anyways! Nami does have a good kit but it's kind of situational. If your AD carry isn't aggressive, then you're kind of useless.

 

Varus is definitely my new main ADC. His kit just seems so incredibly overpowered (with the exception of the passive Blight inflicting things), and it's awesome to snipe enemies behind their turret with your Q - more so than with a champion like Caitlyn, since you're barely spending any mana/cooldown for it.

 

Still trying to get a couple of champions for each role that I can play well. I definitely prefer playing solo mid with Ahri, Swain or Kennen, although I can also play solo top (Kennen or Irelia) as well as ADC (Varus and Corki).

 

Support and jungler are really the roles I lack experience in. I just find supporting really boring and I feel too much pressure is put on the jungler to do everything right.

Blight is Varus' most important ability... It blows up on the enemies and does significantly more damage. If it weren't for that, Varus really wouldn't even be viable. Besides, in the current meta, Graves pretty much outplays everyone. He carries so well and can tank some damage before dying.

First off, welcome to those people that got ajoined to the preexisting thread over here! And, if anyone ever wants to play I'm generally on, in game name is anythingmasterz, or if you wanna practice a role I can most likely help with that too. I've been running practices with my friends to help them get better at certain champs/roles lately and found it actually really fun.

As for the tournament, you have to be careful as some of the people here play on EUW/EUNE and even some of our community plays from Australia.

I'm okay with this, if anything I want to be teammates with @anythingmasterz, I assume this will be held on the NA server?

 

I'm currently enjoying the new season 3 items. They fill so many new roles and let us pick new builds.

 I'd be up for that, I think random teams would be a bit more fun.

 

Would it be on the NA server? If so I need to find a way to get my account over there...

She does have quite an awesome theme, rather different to the ones we've had recently. 

 

I might save up for her, but I don't see her as being as viable a top laner as champions like Jax or Olaf. Although if I can beat Teemo into the ground with her I'll be very happy.

Awesome to hear -- I played against her top not a few matches ago. I thought her early game would be bad, but it caught me off guard!

I swapped two kills with her before I started doing what Rivens do. (Win.)

Vi has really caught me off guard, I didn't she'd be as tough to take down as I thought originally. Definatly saving up that IP for her now! It will be interesting to see if and how she's played in other roles, a couple of players I know say she might do okay in the jungle.

Well, today I just found that maxing W and evolving W first on Kha'zix is quite good. It gives sustain and harass especially when you're solo top.
The skill order I used,
R > W > Q > E
Then the evolution is,

W > E > Q
