How do I progress through the ranks?

Okay, I know this is gonna sound really dumb but I need to know....

How do I get to change from Blank Flanks to Muffin or whatever the next one up is!?

 

I only made my account yesterday because a friend of mine (who also is a big fan) told me to check it out, and I don't really know anything

 

It would be great if someone could explain everything to me!

Just keep posting! Your rank will go up based upon how many posts you have. I'm pretty sure there's something about it on one of the guidelines/rules threads...I can't remember which one though.

As you continue to make posts, you're rank, badge, and title will change according to the number of posts you have accumulated (excluding posts made in Cloudsdale Colosseum and Roleplay World).

 

You will become a Muffin when you have reached 5 posts

Don't worry kid

Just make five posts then you're in muffin buddy

You could start by making a topic or joining a discussion.

Or ask the friend of yours for help.

You need to make 5 counted posts to advance to muffin. Counted posts include posts made in sections that are not Cloudsdale Colosseum or the Welcoming Plaza (Sometimes, it seems the Admins still haven't fully decided on that one). So for example, five posts in show discussion would rank you up.
