Vlogbrothers. I absolutely looove Vlogbrothers. 
Vsauce is pretty cool too, I like him also.

In terms of humour, BalloonShop is amazing and probably my favourite, though they're not making videos together any more. But Olan Rodgers is making videos by himself now, and his YouTube channel is another humour one that I like.

Gotta add in a few more here. I've really enjoyed Armoured Skeptic's videos lately and if you're into the whole youtube atheist/science/debunking idiots thing he's great. I also really like Creationist Cat, who is a really funny parody of creationists.

As for reviewers, I've really enjoyed a lot of YourmoviesucksDOTorg's (YMS for short) reviews

My favorite channels are Smosh, Finebros (Who can't forget the React series?), GameXplain (the guy, Andre, uploads analyses on Nintendo trailers and walkthroughs), Vanossgaming, PrankvsPrank (they're a couple from I believe Philadelphia), the official Nintendo channel, and I believe that's it.
