Well, I gave some time to give you some in-depth critique on what can be improved/changed to make this wallpaper good or even great.

Critique:

-The fact that the last letter in each word is partially covered looks, quite frankly, ugly. I'd recommend a more subtle fading effect to give it a nice appearance.

-The drawing is uneven, the lines are rough and inconsistent, the white border around it is not completely cropped out and is very obvious from the conflict with the black background. When it comes to lines being uneven in thickness, ,major example is the line on the ear, look at how thick one part of it is compared to another, the thickness should at least be kind of similar, if not exactly the same throughout.

Some parts aren't actually outlined at all even though they should be.

-The Resolution is way too small for most computer monitors. Infact, it's not a standard resolution at all, I'd recommend working with:

1920 x 1080 if making a wallpaper for widescreen monitors

1280 x 1024 if making a wallpaper for standard monitors.

320 x 480 for most mobile phones, or 960 x 640 for iPhone 4s.

Although it is of course for the most part unrealistic to expect you to provide a size for every monitor I would at least encourage sticking with 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 1024 as those are the most common format wallpapers are found in these days.

-You could have chosen a better font, or better yet, have penned the letters yourself. Otherwise it will look and feel rushed. There are millions of wallpapers with standard fonts, yours will stand out more if you at least use a custom font of just one you find off the internet.

-It's too plain, the black background would be okay if you had more going on, but with just the drawing and background it looks unfinished. I'd recommend putting some kind of texture or pattern in the background to make it more appealing.

-The wallpaper just in general does not look too good. I will give you the fact that for 15-25 minutes, this is good, but good for 15-25 minutes is not good enough. I'd recommend spending at least an hour drawing for it and at least an hour polishing it to give it a average appearance. For it to actually look great, I'd recommend even more time than that.

As it stands now:

3.5/10

With more polishing, it could easily be a seven or an eight if you address/fix the issues I pointed out. As it currently stands, I'll put it this way, it's not the worst attempt I've seen, especially not for 15-25 minutes of work, but as a whole, it could be improved upon quite a bit.

I look forward to your future endeavors in wallpaper making, with practice you could become very good at it.

- Ya, the letters messed up

- Crop? ..... What is that? ~Turns into an idiot~ Its hand drawn. I don't have a vector program

- Outlined? Like I said, I drew this hand drawn, so, when you said 'outlined' Your making me confused.

- I use Pixlr to make this.

- I meant for it to be to plain. This isn't a hard core drawing I was trying to make. All of my drawings are not hardcore.

- Penned? ~Turns into a triple idiot~

Thank you

I just noticed the neck was sticking out

I also tried to make the eyes look like their 'glowing' but I don't have a hardcore program

-Cropping out, as in, removing the white parts on the exterior of the drawing.

-Outlines are the very edge of an object where the color is darker. The cyan color inside is the interior and the darker blue around it is the outline.

-I'd recommend polishing the wallpaper and applying effects and such with GIMP.

-As in hand-written letters, when the font is as simple as it is it's not very interesting to look at.

I cant get GIMP for a while. ~Table flips and goes on a rage~

How do you Crop? I am guessing you need a special program?

Anyways, thanks for the advice..
