Mrs. Cakes name

So I was at Toy's R Us the other day and I saw the, Cake Family babysitting fun toy. 

 

 

Now if you look at the toy, Mrs. Cake is not called Cup Cake. She is now called Dazzle Cake. I think they changed it do to legal issues or something. And no it was not because of the Fan-Fic.

 

So I was just wondering which name do you think sounds better?

 

I acutely like the name Dazzle Cake more than Cup Cake. It kinda sounds like she is the decorator of the Cakes. Also she could be called Dazzle for a while and not have the name Cake at the end of her name.

I had no idea about either name honestly.

 

But i guess it sounds cool and fits her well enough.

 

I still will call her and have called her Mrs cake, but thats just me.

 

I don't have much of an opinion towards either, both are good i think.

Well most parents are just called mom and dad. But off topic.

 

This name is not cannon. They just had to change the name because of some legal issue or something. Mrs. Cake will still be called Cup Cake in the show, comics, and books. I just wanted to see what people thought if they went with that name instated or what sounds better.

She's called Cup Cake in the show, so I don't really know why they would rename her on the figure set...

The name Cup Cake fits her perfectly though, since her cutie mark is one, and her design makes her look like one especially with the manestyle.

I don't really see why they would change it for the toys. Cup Cake is the canon name, and there's nothing wrong with it. She's a baker, her cutie mark is a cupcake, and her mane looks a bit like a cupcake, so Cup Cake seems like the appropriate name. Plus, everyone else in her known family has a cake related name(Carrot Cake, Pound Cake, and Pumpkin Cake), and I don't think a Dazzle Cake is an actual cake.

 

So, I think I'll just have to go with Cup Cake for best sounding name. Dazzle Cake makes no sense.

I think Cup Cake fits her better. Plus, everyone in the family has a cake related name. I just don't think Dazzle Cake fits her. In a way, she kind of looks like a cupcake . Cup Cake is her canon name. I don't understand why they would change it.
