I think of a racist man that had taken stories from two brothers... and taken the great stories and turned them in to crap... the stories back then where good! now they are.. crap....

But that's wrong of me to say the truth like that... so how about this... some ok movies...

When I think of Disney, I automatically think of the Lion King. Sure, it may be an overrated, cliché choice, but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

Micky Mouse is definitely the first thing to pop in my head whenever someone mentions Disney and then I immediately think of Sora even though he is from Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy. Darn my mind!

The Disney Renaissance, Kingdom Hearts, Pixar, Mickey Mouse, Disneyland, getting upset that they bought Marvel but forgiving them later, getting upset that they bought LucasFilms, still haven't forgiven them

I'm an AP at Disneyland! I was even there yesterday! The first thing I think of is the parks, then, of course. I've been to every Disney park in America, and have seen Tokyo Disneyland, but never been inside. img-1927374-2-sad.png

this is somewhat irrelevant, but I love your sig.

and personally, I think about finding nemo as its one of my favourite Disney films :D

Rapunzel from Tangled. She kind of stole my heart when I saw a promo of her as Disney World, even before the trailer. Then I saw the entire movie, causing Rapunzel to become my favoritr Disney Princess (and Tangled is one of my favorite Disney movies). She's just a wonderful character all around and doesn't fall into the stereotypical princess scenario.

I still wish Mother Grothel truly ended up caring for Rapunzel as a daughter and let's her go. Hell, she should have even turned herself im just to continue seeing Rapunzel. But she was a Disney villain, so she had to die.

I think of a company started by a man with a grand vision, full of innovative ideas and techniques, that while preserving some of it's spirit has been robbed of a lot of it's innocence by one Michael Eisner.   :okiedokielokie:

To be honest, I wasn't THAT into Disney content when I was young, and especially less today. I guess it's because I don't have much nostalgia for it, though I do have the soundtrack for The Lion King theatre production in my CD collection.

My sort of thing was more towards intelligent animation productions, e.g Happy Feet. I still have a soft spot for some of these today, and what I think lead me to MLP.

What comes to mind when I think of Disney is one question and one question only: Why did they have a fetish for adding really creepy scenes into their Renaissance movies? An example being Sleeping Beauty, with that.......*gulps*......fireplace scene. Still gives me the chills to this day. Furthermore, every time I think of that music, in the corner of my eye, I can see Maleficent's two glowing eyes in the fireplace, forcing me to look up from my laptop only to see nothing. It's as if she's intentionally scaring me.........I'm actually scared right now.

That they shutdown Lucas Arts one of my favorite game makers and took over Star Wars a franchise I love... I just hope they do a good job with it. I have not heard or read any news about them since though.

Also all the old classic Disney movies in the past alongside with the great Kingdom Hearts game series.

The Grid, a Digital Frontier. I tried to picture the pieces of information as they moved through the computer. What did they looked like? Chips, motorcycles? With the circuits like freeways. i kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. Then, one day, I got in. *cue epic music*

The Fox and the Hound. I was in love with this cartoon. The Lion King (the first, the second and the third), Sleeping Beauty (I freaking love Maleficent), The Little Mermaid, The Lady and the Tramp, Beauty and the Beast, Bolt... I love them all.

Also, Disney's Robin Hood made me a furry...

But as a whole, whenever I think of Disney, I think "magic". Disney made "animated magic" in my childhood.

For dumb, self-important fics about mythology, ponies and fascist griffons that can't figure friendship out.

And I'm just getting started.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it save equistria with its five candy coloured friends and shoot rainbows at bad guys using their necklaces and tiara unless you're celestia

Not sure why, but I always think of the opening of Beauty and the Beast.

Not even the cool backstory part, just the song where the town talks about how weird Belle is. I don't know why, that image of Belle spinning around, singing about books and stuff screams Disney for me.

Also, my favorite five, in no particular order, are Pinocchio, The Jungle Book, Winnie the Pooh, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, 101 Dalmatians, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Hunchback of Notre Dame (which is weird, because I really freaking hate those gargoyles), Mulan, probably Frozen in the long-run.
