I haz a problem. I sent an email to Hasbro, asking them a question about copyright and stuff. Doesn't really matter what it was about. What matters is what I got back. It was an automatic email that said, and I quote:

"Your request for assistance cannot be accepted because your email address is not registered with an existing account."

I don't understand this, cuz my email works for other people. Just when I emailed Hasbro, it won't take it. I used my email app on my ipod. I have yahoo. Anything else needed to know? I don't know. But do you know why this happened and how to fix it maybe? I would really appreciate it, cuz I can't do a project I need to get done until I can get approval first.

hasbro@custhelp.com this was the email I sent to (please don't spam them just cuz I posted it here)

Probably just a sign to tell you to fuck off.

Maybe it's just their business and they want you to keep out of it.

Or maybe your email is something that sets a weird vibe.

What Hasbro email address did you use? That sounds like it ended up in a technical support queue rather than the legal department you were looking for.

"an existing account" ?

Does the hasbro have there own website with a sign up/account  thing like your forum account here for example?

I honestly don't know. The site's blocked here at school. Gotta wait until Sat. to check that. But I actually found their email address on instagram. It's their "consumers and help" email. Something like that. It worked with my old email, but I got a new one, and it's not working. I was told maybe I never activated my account when creating it (like how when signing up, you get an email to confirm).

hasbro@custhelp.com that's the email I sent it too. It's for question, problems, that sort of stuff.

interesting, because that's not the email address I have for contacting Hasbro.

Here's the email for getting ahold of them for dealing with Brand/Intellectual Property questions: hasbrobrandpr@hasbro.com

Give them a couple of weeks to answer. They get a lot of these requests, so it takes them awhile to grind through them all.

When I went to the domain emails domain; custhelp.com, I got taken here, http://www.oracle.com/us/solutions/customer-experience/oracle-customer-experience/overview/index.html.

I don't think that email is an official email. Try searching around on Hasbro's website for their proper email.

Edit: Try contacting Hasbro on this page.
